Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy – Jasdone Spares

Shipping & Delivery

  • The products on http://www.jasdonespares.com/ are available in select cities within India.

  • Deliveries are made on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday) except National Holidays and other public holidays.

  • Delivery shall be made within 5–15 business days from the time of purchase. However, depending on the billing address, delivery in remote areas may take longer than 15 business days.

  • All deliveries are handled by trusted third-party logistics partners (3PL).


Returns & Replacements

  • After receiving the product, customers can request a return or replacement within 7 days as per the Jasdone Spares policy.

  • Damaged goods may be returned subject to policy verification.

  • Customers may return any new spare/appliance/product purchased from jasdone.com that is dead on arrival, arrives in damaged condition, or has a major variance from the agreed specifications.

  • Jasdone Spares reserves the right to test and inspect the returned product.

  • If the product meets one of the above criteria, the customer will be offered a replacement.

  • Replacement will take up to 7 working days after confirmation of replacement initiation from https://jasdone.com/.

  • Under special circumstances, a refund may be initiated. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in the customer’s account after confirmation from Jasdone.

  • Any product damaged due to customer misuse, with missing parts, or in an unsalable/tampered condition will not be accepted for return.

  • Jasdone Spares will not accept return or refund requests for any product after 15 days from the date of delivery.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before the product(s) have been shipped without incurring any fees.

  • Please note: there may be a delay between the time the product(s) is shipped and the dispatch confirmation communication. If cancellation occurs during this period, Jasdone Spares will determine whether the order had been shipped prior to cancellation, at its sole discretion.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the existing refund policy.

  • Customers can also cancel orders at the time of delivery, but a penalty will apply. This penalty may include costs of:

    • Packaging

    • Payment gateway charges

    • Delivery and return logistics fees

    • Any other expenses incurred by Jasdone due to cancellation
